Advans DRM runs on a monthly fee or subscription business model with one flat fee without confusion for all its features from donor relationship management to marketing feature such as html based newsletters. No! Advans DRM has integrated credit card processing feature built in it. Your online donations from your website can also be integrated to Advans DRM so you don’t need to maintain a separate merchant account any more.

7) Do I have to choose a support plan?
No. Support is covered with the basic subscription. Advans DRM has an online support feature to create trouble tickets that we encourage users to use. Our support staff will reply back to you quickly to resolve your issues. This creates a knowledgebase that any user of your organization can refer back for similar support issues. In addition you are free to call our support telephone line for further support if needed.

We offer both onsite and offsite training. Advans has resellers in every state who are certified to provide onsite training. In addition Advans also offers group training sessions periodically.

Generacity is a social networking website to manage your donor or alumni base on the World Wide Web. This site allows you and your donors to collaborate for your cause by enabling networking features like any other website. It also allows donors to track all their donations forever.

Yes! With Advans DRM, a social networking website Generacity is available that has forums for Advans DRM features to interact and share the experience of using Advans DRM with other clients.

11) Can customers export/import data when they want to?
Absolutely! There is a simple constituent import feature from excel spreadsheet. In addition there are over 50 online reports you can run to analyze your data including constituents, gifts, pledges and campaigns. These reports can also be exported to excel, PDF or XML formats.

Yes! Advans is a state-of-the-art technology company that develops cloud computing solutions for various verticals including CRM and Electronic Medical Records.
