| Advans Systems, Inc conducted its first public demonstration of its newly released software product, the Advans DRM (“Donor Relationship Management”) at Advans’ Westborough conference center. The Advans DRM is the first application in a suite of industry-specific CRM tools under development. Designed specifically for non-profit organizations, the Advans DRM conducts fund raising, administers campaigns and events, processes online donations, accepts gifts and pledges, send receipts and acknowledgements automatically, tracks donor interactions and has powerful analytical tools and reporting capabilities housed in one easy-to-use interface. |

| With the Advans DRM, non-profit organizations can track constituents and their interactions with non-profit organizations in the same manner that Customer Relationship Management software tracks customers, enhancing the quality of constituent relationships. These interactions fuel the built-in fund raising tools to quickly and efficiently reach constituents in a very personal manner. |

| Hosted in the Advans Public Cloud, all that is required is an internet connection to access your application. There is no software to install and configure nor is there any hardware to maintain at your site. Since the Advans DRM is offered as Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) on a subscription basis, our customers can obtain the latest technology at very affordable prices. |

| Early next year, Advans will launch a free, companion social networking site, “Generacity” that will be integrated with the Advans DRM. Designed as a combination of Facebook and LinkedIn, non-profit organizations will have the opportunity to have their own groups within the site and invite their constituents to create accounts and join their groups. Online donations can be taken from the site, and they are automatically recorded by the Advans DRM. Users can invite friends to join their group thus providing for potential new donors. |

| Prior to the demonstration, lunch was served to the over 25 attendees and an introduction was given by Paul Angelo, Vice President of Service Delivery, who described the development and uses of the Advans DRM. The product is sold via resellers and, Heather Rogers, Managing Partner, of the Massachusetts Nonprofit Support Services, a non-profit consultancy, described how the Advans DRM can help non-profit organizations raise more money. She also informed the audience that demonstration accounts are available to interested organizations, so they can use the Advans DRM Test application to explore the functionality first hand. |

| After her remarks, a product demonstration was given followed by a Question and Answer period, conducted by Peo Nathan, President and CEO of Advans IT Services. The product was very well received by the audience, and each organization that attended requested a demo account so they could test the software themselves. |
